Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is a Lightweight, Load-bearing, High-protecting, Strong structure item, which is given in a full scope of sizes and qualities. AAC Blocks is lightweight and associate with the red blocks AAC squares are multiple times lighter.AAC is created from the natural materials lime, sand, cement and water, and a small number of the growing agent. After processing and moulding, it is then autoclaved below heat and pressure to produce its unique properties. AAC has a great thermal protector and acoustic reflection properties. AAC is fire and pest resistant and is economically and environmentally better to the more common structural building elements such as concrete, wood, brick and stone.At the point at AAC is mixed and cast in structures, a few mixture responses occur that give AAC its lightweight (20% of the heaviness of cement) and hot properties.
Aluminium powder reacts with calcium hydroxide and water to frame hydrogen. The hydrogen gas bubbles and copies the size of the crude mixture making gas rises to 3mm (⅛ inch) in length across. Toward the end of the frothing system, the hydrogen disappears into the air and is removed via air. AAC Blocks is a separate and unique type of construction material due to its superheat, fire and sound protection, AAC blocks are lightweight and offers latest workability, versatility and stability. Its main elements include sand, water, quicklime, cement and gypsum. The chemical resistance due to the aluminium paste provides AAC with its different porous structure, lightness, and surrounding properties, totally different related to other lightweight solid materials.
It is a tank made below ground level to mix the fly ash with water. Fly ash is the main content in the AAC block manufacturing. The fly ash is feed into the tank by manually or by fly ash feeder. The fly ash is taken from thermal power plant which is nearer to the plant. The size of the tank is taken according to the capacity of the plant. The components of slurry tank are mixer gear box motor, mud pump and girder H beam with net for safety. Purpose: To make fly ash slurry and supplied to main mixer. Features: It is easy to build, Simple to install and easy maintenance.
The name itself suggests that it is used for batching purpose. This plant contain screw conveyor, slurry hopper, cement & lime hopper and a main mixer. The batching is controlled by control panel. Working: The required quantity of slurry is taken by mud pump into one of the hopper. And the cement and lime is taken by screw conveyor into another hopper. The weight of material inside the hopper is measured by load cell and controlled by control panel. And the material is released into the main mixer. The other raw material like gypsum, aluminium powder is mixed in mixer. After the mixing process done the material is taken from below and filled in mould.
The de-moulder machine is used for removal of mould from the pre cured material. The de-moulder machine is like crane. It used pneumatic cylinder to lift the mould. The whole machine is operated by remote control panel.
After filling the mould, the moulds are kept for pre curing. In this the material will raise inside the mould. Then these moulds are shifted to De-moulder and the mould is removed in it. The material is passed to horizontal cutting machine, in this machine the material is cut through horizontally with required size by metal wire. And the extra material from side is cut by inclined blade at the start of the machine.
After horizontal cutting, the block is passed to vertical cutting machine. The machine has horizontal wires to cut the block vertical. The wires are held in the pneumatic cylinders for required tension. The wires are held in the moving frame, which moves vertically downward motion to cut the block. The machine is fully automatic machine to operate. The control panel is given for the controlling of the operations of the machine.
This panels helps machines to operate manually or automatically. Electric panels are works on PLC.
Moulds are runs on Track. Track length is depending on land layout.
Mould Base is horizontal platform on which moulds are rest and the Base has wheels on bottom side which moves on Tracks
Moulds are made up of GI SHEETS to replicate the AAC Block. The material is Temprorily Stored for precuring process and after this process the moulds are removed by demoulder machine.
Shifter is used for Changing the track of Moulds.
